Parmesan-Herb Baked Flounder

Ingredients
- 4 ea flounder fillets
- 1/3 C Parmigiano cheese, grated
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 2 T scallions, minced
- 1/4 C bread crumbs
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried oregano
- Option: Substitute 1/8 C mayo and 1/8 C yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, and onions, then spread the mixture on the fish. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the fish.
- Bake at 400 degrees until the fish is done.
- Plate and serve.
